International Research Foundation for Pioneering Research (IRFI)

The International Pioneering Research Organization was established in April 2022 as one of the measures to strengthen research capabilities to realize the University’s basic policy of “contributing to society through the promotion of breakthrough research. Based on the university’s research strategy, it is a university-wide organization to establish multiple world-class research centers that challenge unexplored and highly innovative research based on strong international collaboration, and consists of the following divisions and research organizations.

International Researcher Networking Support

Through the World Research Hub (WRH) program, we are building an international network of researchers and supporting international collaboration.

Supporting Research and Education through Overseas Offices

Tokyo Tech ANNEX” and other overseas offices have been established to strategically promote and implement international educational, public relations and research activities in collaboration with overseas universities, research institutions and companies.
