At Science Tokyo, University Research Administrators (URAs) in various roles work smoothly with faculty members and administrative staff to further advance research and Industry Liaison.
URAs are human resources who are engaged in work that supports the revitalization of researchers' research activities and the strengthening of R&D management by obtaining research funds, managing research activities, Industry Liaison, and promoting the utilization of results at universities and other research organizations.
URAs are gradually being placed at universities across the country, but Science Tokyo's URAs in particular have a large pool of human resources who specialize in science and engineering, and they have diverse backgrounds from private companies, research institutes, and government agencies.
