Member Introduction

After graduating from the Department of Applied Chemistry, Faculty of Science and Technology, Keio University, I completed my master's program at the same university's graduate school and have been involved for over 30 years in taste and flavor research, product development, and research planning at major seasoning and food manufacturers. I also have approximately ten years of experience working within the same corporate group at a coffee company, an oils and fats company, and a food company in Thailand. Leveraging these experiences, I hope to connect the advanced and diverse research seeds of Institute of Science Tokyo with the needs of industry, contributing to solving current and future societal challenges through social implementation.
