URA of Tokyo University of Science
At Science Tokyo, research administrators (URAs) with various roles work smoothly with faculty and administrative staff to further advance research and industry-academia collaboration. URA is a human resource engaged in the work of supporting the revitalization of researchers’ research activities and the strengthening of R management by obtaining research funds, managing research activities, collaborating with industry and academia, and promoting the use of results in research organizations such as universities. URA is gradually being deployed at universities across the country, but in particular, the URA at Science Tokyo has many highly specialized personnel, including people from diverse backgrounds such as private companies, research institutes, and government agencies.
