This fiscal year, we are providing separate support for each of the former universities because the integration of their support systems has not yet been completed. We are accelerating the integration process for the next fiscal year. If you belong to the Institute of Integrated Research, please select one of the two support options.

Reservation period for the Revision Support: July 7-18
Uploading period for uploading the research proposal draft: July 22-27

The revision support is available for researchers who will apply for Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research in FY2026. The present faculty members or emeritus professors with experience serving on the Grant-in-Aid review committee will provide valuable insights from the perspective of the actual Grant-in-Aid review process.

When preparing your research proposal, please also consider going through the video and document archives of Kakenhi seminars, which have been held annually.

Request for Revision Support

1. Make Revision Support reservation, July 7-18
We kindly request that you make prior reservations during this period to select an appropriate reviewer in advance, based on your research outline: Reservation Form
2. Uploading of Kakenhi proposal, July22-27
Uploading method of Kakenhi proposal file(s) will be informed via email later.
3. Reviewer comments will be drafted, July 28-Aug 15
4. Feedback comments delivered (as soon as they are returned by reviewers)
