Member Introduction

I obtained a doctorate from the Faculty of Agriculture, Kyoto University, I joined a major chemical company and engaged in research on genetic engineering of plants. After that, I was involved in business planning in the life science field and launching venture companies. After early retirement from the company, I worked as a URA at the Nara Institute of Science and Technology, promoting a program to enhance the research capabilities. I hope to cultivate the seeds of new industries of FIRST by further promoting joint research with other universities and companies.
