Member Introduction

Received a MS degree from Osaka University and Ph.D. degree from the University of Tokyo, IEEE Fellow. Majored in Semiconductor Engineering. Used to work for an electronics company and had been engaged in research and development as well as cooperation with overseas companies in US, Israel, etc. Currently, involved in the operation of the Tokyo Tech base of MEXT’s X-nics, which aims to revive Japanese semiconductor industry. It is a great pleasure to utilize my expertise by working on a large and ambitious project.
